I remember doing an ad about 20 years ago where I said, “I want to have 12 children!” At that time, it was just a fun line — a dream I didn’t really know how God would fulfill. Fast forward to today, I may not have 12 children of my own, but God has given me more than I could have ever imagined. I now get to love, teach, and care for over 70+ little ones — and that’s not even counting my three boys at home!
Every day, I walk into a classroom full of curious eyes, open hearts, and little hands eager to explore the world. And in each moment — whether it’s singing a song, reading a story, or helping them through big feelings — I’m reminded that this is exactly where God wants me to be.

God truly gives more than what we ask for or even dare to dream of. His plans are always bigger than our own. Twenty years ago, I couldn’t have written this story for myself. But here I am, living out a calling that fills my heart with purpose: to work with children, help shape their lives, and point them to Jesus.
When I look back, I see how each season prepared me for this one — the joys, the struggles, the victories, and even the tears. And I’m just so, so grateful.
“Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us.” — Ephesians 3:20
All glory to Him, Always.
