Speaking of Bawian ng Crowns, in more important news (what could be more important than the Philippines winning Miss Universe?) Believe me, this is definitely more important, it is a matter of everlasting life and everlasting death.
Let me share with all of you another Crown that we should not allow anyone to take away from us.
Everything in this world is temporary. Even the crowns of beauty queens lasts only a year, in Miss Colombia’s case earlier, just a few minutes…Everything will decay and pass away. Only God and His Word is eternal and stand firms to the end. And God sent His only Son- Jesus Christ who is without sin to die, who rose again and is alive forever more to give us a chance to be with Him forever. Seek Him Now while He can still be found. Let us continously seek God. He did promise in Jeremiah 29:13 that if we seek Him with all of our hearts, we will find Him. Repent of your sins and ask God to change and transform your lives into a new creation, one that is Holy and after His own heart. One that aims to obey and please and live only for Him. Jesus is the Only Way, the Truth and the Life. Only by His grace can we be saved.
This is the crown of life that only Jesus can give.
