God Always Win

Have you ever felt all sunshine? Like you are just so happy and free because you are walking with God and you just feel so loved and amazed and then you wake up and suddenly you think of past sins, past mistakes. And then you just feel all ugly and sad? And then you skip your prayer time and you just stalk people in your social media and skip reading the Bible too and at the end of the day you just feel so low, annoyed with everyone and everything and you want to pray but you can’t seem to because ‘nahihiya ka’ kay God for avoiding Him all day and putting Him aside?

Guilty – but I’m not about to let the devil win. Because God’s Word reminds me:

This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope. It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness. Lamentations 3:21-23
Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:37-39 -AMEN!

Praise God we can come to Him in repentance and He forgives us not because we asked Him but because He is a LOVING, MERCIFUL AND FORGIVING GOD!

And when the devil reminds us of past mistakes and tempts us we know we are in the right path because he wouldn’t be working so hard to make us sin. So press on brothers and sisters. Keep your focus on Jesus!

Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already arrived at my goal, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:12-14

Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. Philippians 1:6

Besides. God always… Always WINS. And we are on His side. So back off satan.

Regardless of how you feel, God’s Word remains true.
